Pamela Rae Rummel, of Bayville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on December 22, 1941, Pamela grew up in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and carried her kindness and deep love for family throughout her life.

Pamela was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sleepovers at Grammie’s house, puzzles, books, and watching Jeopardy together became treasured memories for those she loved most.

Pamela also had a love of travel and often spoke fondly of her time living in Australia, which remained some of her favorite years and memories.

A dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Pamela will be remembered for her gentle spirit, caring heart, and the love she shared with her family and friends.

Pamela is lovingly survived by her son Davin Rummel, his wife, Kerry, and their children, Kaela Rae, Cole, Trevor and his wife, Katelyn, and her son Ryan Rummel, his wife, Melody, and their children, Brooke, and Erik; her brother, Wallace Penrod, and his wife, Barbara Penrod; and her nephew, Josh Penrod.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation services on June 10, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ocean County Cremation Service, 1252 Route 37 West, Toms River, New Jersey 08755.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
