Obituary of Patricia Henninger

Patricia Henninger of Toms River passed away on September 22nd at the age of 77. Born in Bayonne she lived most of her life in Elizabeth before retiring to Toms River. She was most proud of her role as a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother (aka GiGi), but over the years she held many interesting jobs that fit her vivacious character. She loved life and was the life of any party. She gave freely and generously and had a heart of gold. Unconventional, strong, creative, and insightful, she entertained and made us laugh leaving us with wonderful memories. She worshiped the sun, surf, and pool. We will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Kathryn Bakos and husband Robert in 2006. She leaves behind her siblings Frank (Ginger) Bakos, William (Phyllis) Bakos, Carol (Tony) Caputo, Bobby (Judy) Bakos, and Claire Harmer, her children and spouses Robin (Chris) Butler , Todd (Yolanda) Henninger, and Christian (Eda) Henninger, grandchildren Kristin (Brian) Martonik, Lisa Butler (Troy Hedberg), Erica Henninger, and Nicole Henninger, and great grandchildren Bromley, Troy, Brielle, and Tyler. And of course many wonderful friends, nieces, and nephews. Services will be private.
