Obituary of Diane Edna Kirk

Diane Masterton Kirk 

1934 - 2017

 

Diane Edna Masterton Kirk, formerly of Manahawkin and Barnegat Light, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 15, 2017.  She was 83 years old.  Born on October 18, 1934, Diane grew up in Kearny, NJ and graduated from Kearny High School.  She is predeceased by her husband, Donald David Kirk.  Surviving are Diane’s three sons: Donald Kirk of the Atlantic Highlands: Wayne Kirk and his wife, Lisa, of Darlington, Maryland; and Doug Kirk and his wife, Linda, of Forked River.  Diane is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.   A former bookkeeper and realtor, Diane worked for many years at Island Realty in Surf City, NJ.  Diane will be long remembered for her adventurous spirit and love of travel as well as her sense of humor and love of laughter.   Services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Association of America, 225 N.
