Helen Ann Malik
Helen Ann Malik passed away on April 27th, 2018 with her daughters by her side. She was 80 years young.
Helen Ann was born and raised in South Amboy, N.J. where she attended Sacred Heart and Saint Mary’s High School. She had a strong love for dance and performing including ballet, tap and jazz. She later married her high school sweetheart Thomas V. Malik Sr. and moved to Old Bridge, N.J where they raised their three children. She was known for many years as the president of the PTA where she achieved bus transportation approval for an Old Bridge grammar school. Helen was also a member of the Old Bridge Little League Ladies Auxiliary. Later moved to Jackson, N.J. where she lived the remainder of her years. While living in Jackson she owned a Country store for many years, “The Cuboards Bear” at the Good Old Times Village which she loved so very much. She will be dearly missed.
Helen is predeceased by her husband Thomas V. Malik Sr., parents Helen and John J. McCloud Jr. and brother John J. McCloud III.
Helen is survived by her three children Thomas V. Malik Jr. and family, Patricia Anne Malik, Cathleen Marie Malik Higgins and family and brother Dennis McCloud.
A mass will be held at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, Lakehurst, N.J. on Saturday May 5, 2018 at 10:00am.
