Jackson – Hector Joseph DeJesus age 88 passed away peacefully on Sunday May 6th 2018.  Hector was born in New York, NY on Jan 21, 1930, and resided in Jackson NJ.  He was a US Army Veteran. He had a long career as a Distribution Manager in the garment district for over 30 years in New York City.

His parents Jose and Amalia DeJesus predeceased Hector.  Surviving is his loving wife of 62 years Anabel DeJesus, a daughter Lynne Wiese and husband Paul, a daughter Lori Cardini and husband John, a son David DeJesus and wife Valerie, a son Daniel DeJesus and wife Sandy.  A sister Rosalind DePrey, a brother Edward DeJesus. 11 grandchildren Paul, Justin, John, Jessica, Briana, Cory, Jacqueline, Olivia, Rachel, David and Kayla. 10 great grandchildren Hailey, Camryn, Paul, Autumn, Emilie, Logan, Adelyn, Kaia, Grayson, and Hector.

Our hearts will be forever be touched by his unconditional love, his thoughtfulness, generosity and his sense of humor.  Hector will be immensely missed by all who loved him.

As per Hector’s request funeral service will be private.  Donations in his memory can be made to Ocean of Love 1709 Rt 37 East Toms River NJ 08753.
