Obituary of Lorraine Buss

 Lorraine age 93, was called to heaven on September 12, 2018. Born in Newark and a graduate from No. Arlington H.S in 1943. After moving to Cherry Hill with her family, she worked as a medical secretary where she retired in 1975. Her other activities included teaching Sunday school for 20+ years, a girl scout leader, and volunteer at Pt. Pleasant Hospital. She also dedicated time to the Ocean County Historical Soc. She was an avid reader and well-traveled. She truly loved her donuts, that's why we called her " the donut queen.'  Predeceased by her husband of 53yrs Richard Buss. Lorraine is survived by her loving Daughter Denise Sikorski, Brother Thomas Weber (Ginger), Granddaughter Ashley (Shain) Mitchell, and Great Granddaughter Danica Mitchell. Funeral Services will take place on September 24, 2018. 10:30 Am visitation at Christ Episcopal Church, 415 Washington St Toms River, NJ 08753. Interment of ashes at Memorial Garden at church following service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ Episcopal Church, or Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive #300, Marlton, NJ 08053
