The world lost one of it’s truly great souls. Ruth Duckworth died Wednesday July 28th, 2021, at her home, in Forked River surrounded by her family. Ruth moved to Forked River after retiring from Garden State Dental as an Office Manager for many years. Ruth loved her family and friends. Ruth was predeceased by her parents Clyde B. White and Grace (Emil) Krug, her sister Elizabeth Barton-Patrylo, brother George White and granddaughter Kaitlyn Duckworth . Her love of life and her family will live on through the memories she had made throughout the years with them including daughters Debbie and her husband Bill, Donna and her husband Al, son Art and his wife Michele. Her grandchildren, Heather, Michael, Tyler, Casey and great grandchildren Hannah and Nora. She is also survived by her sister Grace, her cousin Shirley, many nieces, nephews, friends and her best friend of over 70 years, Nancy. A butterfly release, in celebration of her life, will be held 11:30 AM on Monday, August 2nd, at the Forked River Beach Bayfront Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Kaitlyn Leigh Duckworth Memorial Fund, 422 Center St., Forked River, NJ 08731.
