Please share a memory of Kathleen to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
We regretfully announce the passing of Kathleen F. Gallagher of Toms River, NJ on February 2nd, 2022. Kathleen fought a courageous fight against pancreatic cancer, and passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family. Kathleen, loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother , was brought into this world on January 30, 1958. Kathy was the first born child to Gail Bayer and Raymond Pirnat, and the oldest of twelve siblings. On November 24,1990, she married the love of her life, Mark, and together they raised five children. A mother to all, she always welcomed anyone into her home and was deeply loved and treasured by all that knew her. After raising her children, she pursued a career as a nurse. Her two true callings in this life were caring for her family, and the service and compassion she gave to her patients as a hospice nurse. Kathleen is survived by her husband, Mark Gallagher Sr. (64), five children and their spouses; Lance (42) and Kristine Jarvis, Mark (42) and Joe Gallagher, Candace (40) and Joey Aste, William Jahn (39), and Dewayne (37) and Danielle Gallagher; her fifteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Kathy's final wishes were for a memorial to take place with all five of her children and family present. Memorial details below. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Kathy's name to VNA Hospice of Central New Jersey, https://vnahg.org/memorial-gifts-and-gifts-in-honor/ .
