Beverly Ann (Lahey)Cafone, 86, of Waretown, NJ, passed away on November 19, 2022

following a brief hospitalization. 

Born in Paterson, NJ to David and Catherine (Bowen)Lahey on January 13, 1936.

Beverly moved to Essex County where she met her husband, John. Beverly went on to

marry John Cafone and they raised their family in Nutley, NJ. They had a marriage of 57

years and had 7 children. 

Beverly is predeceased by her husband, John Cafone;  her son, John Cafone and her

grandson, Timothy Cafone. She is survived by her brother Dave ( Cheryl) Lahey, six

children; her son, David Cafone;  her son, Mark (Regina)Cafone; her son Patrick

(Angelica)Cafone; her daughter Jodi (Brian) Trovato; her son, Darren Cafone; her son

Steven (Nichol) Cafone. She is also survived by her six grandchildren; Danny Cafone,

Chezarina (Jay) Stana, Shaina Cafone, Kenny Cafone, Melissa Trovato and Clerice

Trovato as well as her great grandson, Tucker John Cafone and step great-

granddaughter Faith Muller. 

Beverly was an avid crafter, painter, refurbisher, decorator, seamstress and baker.  And

a lover of a nice hot cup of tea with visitors. 

Beverly was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and

friend. Her kindness and love for a nice chat was always known and her door was

always open…
