Paul Fusiak, age 86 of Forked River, passed away on January 1, 2023. Born to Andrew and Christina Fusiak, Paul grew up in Harrison alongside older brother Stephan and younger brother John. Following high school, he joined the Army and was stationed in Germany. Paul graduated Seton Hall University and began his teaching career in Newark. He relocated to Brick where he met his wonderful wife, Donna. They married in 1978, celebrating 44 years together this past September. They raised three boys, Andrew, Mark and Tim (Kaitlin), and enjoyed the energy of two granddaughters, Abigail and Morgan. Paul was an avid NY Giants fan, enjoyed taking his boys to baseball games and relished his annual trips to Stokes State Forest. Paul was renowned for his sense of humor, generosity and kind, welcoming spirit. He was deeply loved by family and friends. A memorial service will be held at St. Pius X in Forked River on January 21 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LADACIN Network or Autism Speaks.
