Bruce Allen Scarpulla Sr. left us on February 02, 2023 at the age of 73.

Bruce Sr. was born in Yonkers, New York to his parents Salvatore and Betty

Scarpulla. He was raised in both Toms River, New Jersey and Bayville, New Jersey.

In his final days, Bruce Sr. resided in Buena, New Jersey.

Bruce Sr. was a loyal, hard-working, self-employed landscaper for 50 years who took

extreme pride in his work.

Bruce Sr. is predeceased by both of his parents, Salvator and Betty Scarpulla. He is

also predeceased by his brother Jeffery M. Scarpulla and his sister Kimberly B.

Scarpulla, as well as his two nephews: Thomas J. Scarpulla and Kevin M. Clark.

Bruce Sr. is survived by his loving wife Mary “Karen” Scarpulla where they shared

three children: Bruce A. Scarpulla Jr., Carolyn E. Scarpulla, and Salvatore S.

Scarpulla.

Bruce A. Scarpulla Jr. and his wife Sandra share four children: Quortnie S. Canion,

Justin A. Canion, Olivia K. Scarpulla, and Sophia V. Scarpulla. Salvatore S. Scarpulla

and his wife Erica share two children: Salvatore “Sam” S. Scarpulla Jr. and Claire M.

Scarpulla. Carolyn E. Clemons and her husband Chad Clemons share one daughter:

Evangeline Clemons.

Justin A. Canion and his wife Kiara share two children: Justin “JJ” Canion Jr. and

Jackson Canion.

Bruce Sr. is also survived by his two brothers: Brian K. Scarpulla, with his wife

Doreen, and Tracy S. Scarpulla, as well as his many nephews and nieces.

To honor Bruce Sr.'s memory, we are holding a celebration of life in the where the

flowers will be in full-blossom and the landscaping immaculate as if he were the one

doing it. Bruce Sr. was loved by all and was always cracking a joke or telling a story

that will live on for generations to come. The celebration of life will be held sometime

in the spring and will be announced at a later date.
