Joanie May Holton Ploskonka. A proud South Amboy native, she moved to Manalapan with her family and spent the rest of her life there. Joanie May is survived by her daughter, Andrea Ploskonka and her wife, Debbie Giordano.
She loved singing, shopping, creating things, painting, and puttering in the yard. She was funny with a wild imagination .
She was an animal
lover that opened her home to numerous dogs, ferrets, rabbits and cats throughout her life. She enjoyed going to Atlantic City and was a very lucky gambler.
She did it her way. Rest in peace mom
