Carol Nacinovich of Toms River, passed away Friday, 08/18/2023, at Jersey Shore University

Medical Center.

Born in Jersey City, N.J., she was the eldest of 3 sisters; and is predeceased by her parents

Angelo and Adelaide, and her beloved Husband, Sal (Silvio).

Carol loved her cats, enjoyed reading, puzzles, and trivia; she was a creative crafter, loved

spending time with family and friends, and was an avid cheesehead.

She worked for a short time as a Home Health aide and volunteered her time at Compassionate

Care Hospice of Toms River. Per her wishes, Carol also gave the ultimate gift as a tissue and

organ donor.

Carol’s legacy lives on in her 5 children, Michele and Anthony of FL, Michael and Debbie of FL,

Natalie and Jimmy of N.J., Kathryn of N.J., Thomas and Cheryll of N.J., her 3 grandsons Zac,

Joseph, and Ethan of N.J., her 2 step-grandchildren Anthony and Kayla of N.J., her sisters

Marilyn and Steven, Diane and Frank both of FL, her sister-in-law Barbara and John of N.J., her

6 nieces and nephews, and many, many extended family members.

Memorial services will be planned for early 2024 in Florida and May 2024 in N.J.

In lieu of flowers her family requests donations be made to Compassionate Care Hospice at

Amedisys.com foundation, for her to be remembered fondly, and for sunflowers to be planted in

her memory.
