David C Bannister Obituary

David C. Bannister, 61, of Hamilton, passed away at home on Thursday, October

12, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Trenton, and a veteran of the

United States Navy, Dave was the proud owner of many businesses, most

notably Hamilton Spotlight, Shore View Media, and 4 Paws of Mercer.  He also

designed and built world renowned escape rooms.  Dave loved the Jersey Shore,

fireworks, flying drones, photography, filmography, horse racing, NASCAR, the

Eagles, and the Phillies. He especially enjoyed listening to good music and

attending countless concerts with friends. Predeceased by his parents, Samuel

H. Bannister and N. Francis (Bendy) Bannister; he is survived by his two sons,

Michael D. Bannister and Vincent P. Manners and his wife, Melissa; two

grandchildren, Julia and Vincent W. Manners; his sister, Terry Chiarello and her

husband, Craig; his brother, Larry Bannister and his wife, Peni; his niece,

Hannah Chiarello; and nephew, Evan Chiarello. A memorial gathering will be

held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 1:00 to 2:00 at Ocean County Cremation

Services, 1252 NJ-37, Toms River, NJ 08755.
