communication skills.
Born in Pittson, Pennsylvania to Robert and Edith Thompson on November 8,

the brim with knowledge gained from all his life experiences.
Together, with his wife, Lynn, he led a full life in South Plainfield, New Jersey

activities. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed bowling and shot darts at the South
Plainfield Elks 2298, where he served as Exalted Ruler for 2 years. Traveling and
spending time with family was a significant part of his life as well.
His work ethic started at Columbia Can, now Champion Container, as a
temporary 2-week job that turned into a lifelong journey. After 50 years of
dedicated service, he retired from his distinguished career with Champion.
