Paul F. Wayda, age 77, was born November 5th, 1946 in Newark, New Jersey. Paul passed

peacefully at home on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023; predeceased by his wife, Linda Wayda;

his parents, Edward and Mildred Wayda and brother, Edward Wayda.

Paul was raised in Bloomfield, New Jersey, where he met and married his wife, the love of his life

for 54 years, Linda. Together, Paul and Linda raised their adored children Lori Gorlewski and

Christopher Wayda; in Toms River, New Jersey. Paul retired in 2018 after 50 years as a

dedicated Iron Shop Foreman for Karl Koch Erecting/Skanska, Local 852. Paul cherished the

moments he spent watching baseball and game shows with his wife, making memories with his

family and being by the water, fishing. To know him, was to know someone who truly had a heart

of gold and could never fail to make you laugh.

Paul leaves to cherish the memories of joy and laughter shared, daughter Lori Gorlewski and

husband Edward; son Christopher Wayda; brother Robert Wayda and wife Kathy; grandchildren,

Marissa Gorlewski, Gina Gorlewski, Christopher Wayda & wife Samantha; great-granddaughter,

Eliana and great-grandsons Dominic and Anthony. Paul will be forever loved and never forgotten. We

will miss you, Buddy.

A memorial gathering will be held on January 7th, 2024 from 2PM-4PM at Ocean County

Cremation Service; 1252 Route 37 West, Toms River, New Jersey.
