Charles Joseph Lares Obituary
On December 29, 2023 Charles Joseph Lares went home to be with the Lord. He was born on December 7, 1957 in San Antonio Texas and spent most of his life growing up in New Jersey. He went to Queen of Peace high school in Kearny, NJ and went off to play football at Penn State College. He was a caring, loving, and charismatic man who always loved to help others. He was also goofy and liked to make people laugh, which is what most of us remember him by. Charlie enjoyed learning and mastering different trades and was a skilled mechanic, electrician and plumber. He could open a manual and nearly learn how to do anything. He is survived by his three daughters Courtney Lares, Christie Comick and Sabrina Lares. He will always hold a special place in our hearts, until we all meet again…
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
1 Peter 5:10
