Mary Capriotti, aged 87, passed away peacefully at her home in Whiting, New Jersey, on

July 5, 2024. Born on March 7, 1937, in Staten Island, she was the wife of Alfred Capriotti.

Mary was truly one of the most creative beings anyone has ever met. She had a beautiful talent

for making adorable pieces from just scraps. She lovingly shared her talents and original pieces

with family and friends. Her painting and ceramic skills were admired and remembered by

many, as one of her shining qualities. She always had a smile and a small giggle for everyone

around her and her kindness towards others consistently shone through.

Mary leaves behind a legacy of love and family. She was predeceased by two of her

sons, Michael Capriotti and Joseph Capriotti. She is survived by her husband, Alfred Capriotti,

children, Alfred and Margaret Capriotti, Patrick and Maria Capriotti, and her grandchildren,

Melissa Peck, Desire’e LoVoi, Patrick Capriotti, Alfred Capriotti, Anthony Capriotti, Cassandra

Capriotti, Mary Forst, Sabrina Capriotti, Ashleigh Capriotti, and Brittney Capriotti and her

cherished 11 great-grandchildren.

Mary Capriotti will be remembered as a kind soul who had a passion for family and for

being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Her smile and

kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
