Maureen Sheridan , age 63, of Forked River passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Southern Ocean Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on May 30, 1961 to her late parents James and Carolyn Sheridan. She is predeceased by her brother James Sheridan Jr.

A proud and dedicated single mother ,Maureen devoted her life to raising her sons, Bernard Kappen and Kevin Wallis (wife Samantha) She was also the beloved Nana of KJ , Emerson and Greyson Wallis. Above all , she adored her grandchildren, who brought endless love and pride into her life . Her family was her greatest joy, and her love for them will live on in their hearts forever

Maureen is further survived by her brother , Dennis Sheridan (wife Kathy) sister , Debbie Thompson (husband Brad Graham ) brother , Kevin Sheridan ( wife Kim ) and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Maureen’s life will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, 11Am, at the Forked River Baptist Church 21 street, Forked River NJ 08731. Cremation was private.
