Q: How did you meet Debra?
A: Debbie loved her LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, her family, and her country. We met in 2020. I passed her home every day and her Trump flags would be waving! I stopped one day to say hello to a Trump supporter. I found out most importantly how much she loved the LORD. We texted almost every day after that. She was such a strong prayer warrior. We prayed for her healing, our children's salvation, our families, and our nation. We shared a lot of laughs. We spent many times in her beautiful, peaceful backyard enjoying the sun, the birds, the squirrels and many, many laughs. For my birthday she gave me a birthday cupcake and sang Happy Birthday to me. I was so blessed to share a few hours on New Year's Eve with her and Judy, who prepared a snack of ham, cheese, and crackers which Debbie enjoyed. We also watched a movie, and in spite of her pain, Debbie laughed throughout it. She was on fire for the LORD and was so kind and thoughtful. She was such a fighter. I will miss her laugh, her humor, and the spiritual support and encouragement she gave me as she battled her cancer. It was such an honor and a blessing to know Debbie. It is so comforting to know she is with the LORD.
